Shipping Delays:
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there are ongoing delays throughout the logistics system. Please check your tracking number to stay updated. You can also check your country’s postal service website for updates. We know how important it is to get your orders to you as soon as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Customs, Tax, & Duty Fees:
International parcels may have additional customs, tax, and duty fees applied to them by your local customs. These additional fees can be applied by customs agents after reviewing the items in the parcel. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate those customs duties. Please be aware that you’ll be responsible for any additional fees. For more information on how customs fees work, please contact your local customs. Yostar is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or by the shipping company. Under the circumstances that you are asked to pay duties and taxes, you may have the choice to either pay or ask for a refund. If you ask for a refund, the ordered item(s) will be returned. Please keep in mind that the shipping fees charged by the courier are not refundable.

Multiple Shipments:
Due to various reasons such as package weight and size, we might have to split your shipment into several packages. In this situation, you may receive a parcel before the other. Please check the tracking number for each shipment and feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about your delivery.

Missing Packages:
We are truly sorry to hear about the lost package. Although Yostar has no control over the delivery process, we would like to rectify this situation and get your problem sorted as quickly as possible. We can either send you the same item(s) you previously ordered without additional cost, or offer you a full refund including the shipping fees. Please email us of your choice at store.cs@yo-star.com
