Shipping Policy
Shipping Cost:
Your shipping cost is generally determined by your delivery location, weight, and size of the parcels. The shipping companies we work with at present include China Post-EMS/ePacket, FedEx, DHL and UPS. We will automatically select the most suitable shipping company for your delivery. In some circumstances, we may use any other shipping company unmentioned in this Shipping Policy.
Shipping:
Orders will be processed within 15 business days after we receive your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive an email notification. Please note that pre-order items will be dispatched according to the estimated shipping date stated in the product description.
Multiple Shipments:
Due to various reasons such as package weight and size, we might have to split your shipment into several packages with corresponding tracking numbers. In this situation, you may receive these packages at different times. Please check the tracking number for each shipment and feel free to email us if you have any concerns about your delivery.
Package Return:
Your package(s) may be returned to our warehouse due to customs checks, refusal to pay customs fees, wrong delivery address, missing the delivery, unclaimed parcel, refusal to accept, or any other reason. After the packages are returned to our warehouse, we will contact you and make up a suitable solution, your order will be canceled if we don’t receive any reply from you within 5 business days.
Please note that we will not be responsible for the shipping cost, missing or damaged returned items during the shipping of these returned packages, due to refusal to pay customs fees, wrong delivery address, missing the delivery, unclaimed parcel, refusal to accept, or any other reason attributed to recipients themselves.
If one package is returned many times due to refusal to pay customs fees, wrong delivery address, missing the delivery, unclaimed parcel, refusal to accept, or any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel orders which suspected of fraud or abuse to use the Terms and Conditions and charge fees.
Missing Package:
Packages are shipped by shipping companies(carriers), you shall communicate with the carriers for related compensation by yourself. If packages are delayed for exceeding the normal shipping period, please contact the local carriers, meanwhile, you could email us at store.cs@yostar.app with your name and order number, and we will assist you. Please note that you shall contact us within 45 days after shipping, otherwise we will not provide assistance for you.
We will not compensate for these packages marked “Delivered” by carriers but not received by recipients.
We will not be responsible for the missing package due to refusal to pay customs fees, wrong delivery address, missing the delivery, unclaimed parcel, refusal to accept, or any other reason attributed to recipients themselves.
Customs, Tax, and Duty Fees:
International parcels may have additional customs, tax, and duty fees applied to them by your local customs. These additional fees can be applied by customs agents after reviewing the items in the parcel. Please be aware that you’ll be responsible for any additional fees. Please contact your local customs for more information on how customs fees work. Yostar is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or by the shipping company. Under the circumstances that you are asked to pay duties and taxes, you may have the choice to either pay or ask for a refund. The ordered item(s) will be returned if you ask for a refund. Please keep in mind that the shipping fees charged by the courier are not refundable.
